01 - 7 oz Brie cheese, cut into 24 small cubes

02 - 1 sheet (about 8.8 oz) ready-rolled puff pastry, thawed if frozen

03 - ½ cup cranberry sauce, store-bought or homemade
→ Garnish (optional)
04 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or thyme
05 - 24 pecan halves or walnuts (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a 24-cup mini muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
02 - Unroll the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 24 equal squares.
03 - Gently press each pastry square into the wells of the mini muffin tin to create small cups.
04 - Place one cube of Brie cheese into each pastry cup.
05 - Spoon 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce atop each Brie-filled pastry cup.
06 - Optionally, sprinkle chopped herbs or place a pecan half or walnut on each for additional flavor and texture.
07 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
08 - Allow bites to cool for 5 minutes before serving warm or at room temperature.
