01 - 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
02 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

03 - 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries), hulled and sliced as needed

→ Toppings

04 - 2/3 cup granola (use gluten-free if needed)
05 - 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional)
06 - 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Line a rimmed baking sheet (approximately 9 x 13 inches) with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and stir until fully blended and smooth.
03 - Using a spatula, evenly spread the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to a thickness of approximately 1/2 inch.
04 - Distribute the mixed berries evenly across the surface of the yogurt.
05 - Sprinkle granola, mini chocolate chips, and shredded coconut (if desired) evenly over the yogurt and berries.
06 - Gently press the toppings into the yogurt to ensure they adhere.
07 - Place the sheet in the freezer and chill for at least 2 hours, or until the yogurt is completely solid.
08 - Remove the sheet from the freezer, break the bark into individual pieces, and serve immediately. Transfer leftovers to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
