01 - 2 large flour tortillas (8–10 inch)

02 - 1/2 cup hummus
03 - 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese

04 - 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
05 - 1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
06 - 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced, optional
07 - 1/4 cup cucumber, thinly sliced, optional

09 - Pinch of dried oregano, optional
# Directions:
01 - Lay both tortillas flat on a clean work surface.
02 - Spread 1/4 cup hummus evenly over the center of each tortilla, leaving a 1 inch border uncovered.
03 - Distribute spinach, roasted red peppers, and feta cheese over the hummus. Add sliced red onion and cucumber if desired.
04 - Sprinkle black pepper and dried oregano over the filling according to taste preference.
