# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It tastes like you spent hours perfecting it, but honest truth is ten minutes start to finish.
  • The tropical flavor hits different when friends realize the pulp and seeds are actually supposed to be there.
  • Works for casual weeknights or impressing people who think you know what you're doing.
02 -
  • Over-muddling the mint turns it bitter and bruised looking, so those gentle presses are all you need—resist the urge to pulverize.
  • The passionfruit pulp will settle, so give the finished drink a quick stir before drinking so you get all those seeds with each sip.
03 -
  • Chill your glasses in the freezer for five minutes before pouring to keep the drink ice cold longer and make it feel extra special.
  • If you can't find fresh passionfruits, frozen pulp works remarkably well and honestly gives you consistent flavor year-round.
