01 - 8-10 slices salami (approximately 1.75 ounces)

→ Cheeses

02 - 1 ounce brie cheese, sliced
03 - 1 ounce aged cheddar, cubed

04 - 5-6 seedless grapes
05 - 3-4 fresh strawberries, halved

→ Nuts & Accompaniments

06 - 0.5 ounce roasted almonds
07 - 1 tablespoon fig jam or honey

# Directions:

01 - Fold each salami slice in half and overlap around the rim of a small shot or wine glass. Invert glass onto serving board and lift gently to reveal the rose shape.
02 - Position brie slices and cheddar cubes beside the salami rose on the board.
03 - Distribute grapes and halved strawberries attractively around the board.
04 - Fill the remaining spaces with roasted almonds, a spoonful of fig jam or honey, and gluten-free crackers if desired.
05 - Finish with fresh herb sprigs to add color and aroma. Serve immediately.
