# Directions:
01 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth and transfer to a serving bowl. Place hummus in a separate bowl.
02 - Thread a mini pretzel rod through three pretzel rounds for each snowman—use one yogurt-covered round for the head and two plain rounds for the body. Press mini chocolate chips into the yogurt pretzel for eyes and buttons. Attach a carrot triangle as the nose and wrap a thin slice of red bell pepper around the neck as a scarf. Optionally, use an edible black food marker to draw a mouth.
03 - Place the assembled snowmen on a large serving platter. Set the bowls of dips nearby and decorate with fresh parsley sprigs and halved cherry tomatoes for vibrant color.
