# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Toss cut potatoes with vegetable oil, salt, paprika, and black pepper until evenly coated. Spread fries in a single layer on baking sheet.
03 - Bake fries for 25 to 30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crisp.
04 - Pat steak cubes dry using paper towels. In a mixing bowl, combine Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, black pepper, and salt. Add steak pieces and toss to coat evenly.
