02 - 1 cup water or milk

# Directions:
01 - Combine quick grits with water or milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer. Stir occasionally until the mixture is thick and creamy, approximately 10 minutes.
02 - Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add sliced andouille sausage, diced bell pepper, and chopped onion. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Sauté until vegetables are softened and sausage is browned, about 5 minutes.
