02 - 1 tsp kosher salt
03 - ½ tsp ground black pepper
04 - ½ tsp garlic powder
05 - ½ tsp onion powder
06 - 1 tbsp ketchup
07 - 1 tbsp yellow mustard

08 - 8 small flour tortillas (6-inch)
09 - 8 slices cheddar cheese or American cheese
10 - 1 tbsp vegetable oil for frying

11 - 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
12 - 1 large tomato, diced
13 - ¼ cup sliced dill pickles
14 - ¼ cup diced red onion
15 - ¼ cup burger sauce (store-bought or homemade)
# Directions:
01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook ground beef until browned. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
02 - Stir ketchup and mustard into the cooked beef. Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat.
03 - Wipe skillet clean and heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
04 - Place one tortilla in the skillet, layer with a slice of cheese and a heaping spoonful of seasoned beef.
