# Directions:
01 - In a large mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth and fully incorporated.
02 - Gently fold in chopped green onions and parsley until evenly distributed.
03 - Spoon mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap and form into a ball, using the wrap to shape it evenly.
04 - Refrigerate the shaped ball for at least 1 hour to set.
05 - Mix chopped toasted pecans and optional chives on a plate, then roll the chilled cheese ball in this mixture to coat evenly.
06 - Serve immediately or wrap tightly and freeze for up to 1 month. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
