# Directions:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides lightly with olive oil.
02 - Toast in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crisp. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
03 - Spread a thin layer of goat cheese or ricotta on each crostini if desired.
04 - Top each crostini with a slice of prosciutto and a few slices of fresh fig.
