# Directions:
01 - Combine hulled strawberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until completely smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve for refined texture if desired.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder with hot water until fully dissolved and frothy. Stir in honey or agave syrup to dissolve completely.
03 - Divide strawberry puree evenly between two tall glasses. Fill each glass halfway with ice cubes. Pour milk evenly over the ice and puree. Slowly pour matcha mixture over the back of a spoon to create distinct layered effect.
04 - Top each latte with sliced strawberries if desired. Stir thoroughly before drinking to blend all flavors together.
