# Directions:
01 - Preheat the waffle iron according to the manufacturer's guidelines and lightly grease it with oil or butter.
02 - In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix grated sweet potato, egg, milk, melted butter, flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon if using.
