01 - 1 1/2 cups cold brew coffee or strong, chilled coffee

02 - 3 tablespoons well-stirred tahini
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, to taste

05 - Pinch of sea salt
→ Milk & Ice
06 - 1/2 cup plant-based milk, such as almond, oat, or soy
07 - 1 cup ice cubes
# Directions:
01 - Whisk tahini, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and sea salt in a small bowl or pitcher until smooth and fully emulsified.
02 - Spread ice cubes evenly between two tall glasses.
03 - Divide cold brew coffee evenly into each glass over ice.
