A vibrant brunch board inspired by the jam girl summer aesthetic, filled with a colorful selection of jams, cheeses, fresh fruits, and artisan breads for a sweet and savory gathering.

I created this board for a weekend brunch with friends, and everyone loved the way each bite could be personalized with a different jam and cheese. It instantly adds a festive touch to the table.

Ingredients

  • Jams & Spreads: 1/2 cup strawberry jam, 1/2 cup apricot preserves, 1/2 cup blueberry jam, 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup whipped butter
  • Cheeses: 120 g (4 oz) brie, sliced, 120 g (4 oz) sharp cheddar, sliced, 120 g (4 oz) fresh goat cheese, crumbled
  • Breads & Crackers: 1 small baguette, sliced, 1/2 loaf sourdough, sliced, 1 sleeve multigrain crackers
  • Fruits: 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved, 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup seedless grapes, 1 ripe peach, sliced
  • Nuts & Extras: 1/2 cup roasted almonds, 1/4 cup dried apricots, fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
